Team Leader - Residential Children's Home (EBD) Location: Burton-on-Trent area Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 + sleep-ins (£60) + overtime We're recruiting an experienced Team Leader for a 3-bed therapeutic children's home supporting young people (8-17) with EBD, trauma, and complex needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead shifts and support staff
  • Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
  • Support young people's emotional & behavioural development
  • Ensure safeguarding and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Level 3 Residential Childcare
  • 1+ year's residential experience
  • EBD/complex needs experience
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
