Job Responsibility

  • Managing daily workload for your team of six - prioritizing, pacing, and making sure work lands accurately and on time
  • Owning service level adherence for your half of the team - tracking, reporting, and stepping in early when something's at risk
  • Running quality reviews across bank reconciliations, cash allocation, and receivables work - catching errors before they become problems
  • Being the first port of call for your team on escalations, investigations, and anything that needs a second set of eyes
  • Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements - training is provided, so prior certification isn't expected

Requirements

  • Solid background in cash management, reconciliation, or account receivables - you understand the work from the inside
  • The person your current team already comes to - maybe you don't have a leadership title yet, but you're already acting like one
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills - accuracy isn't just a preference for you, it's a standard
  • Clear, confident communicator - you can document a process, escalate an issue, and brief a supervisor without needing to be prompted
