Team Leader of Project System Engineering for Business Unit Heat & Gas Systems (BU HGS) Qingdao Marine site. Working in the Engineering & Supply organization as part of the Project System Engineering team. Leading the Project System Engineering team in Qingdao which works on order execution of capital sales and service projects. The team works with boilers, burners, heaters, gas combustion units, exhaust gas cleaning products and related system components. The team ensures that system design and components fit to project specific requirements before handing over to customer, manufacturing and purchasing. Reporting locally to E&S Site Manager, with operational dotted line to Project System Engineering Team Manager in E&S. Working closely with E&S colleagues in Europe and project teams & Alfa Laval’s sales companies & customers in Northeast Asia and the factory in Qingdao.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, overlook and motivate the team on day-to-day basis to meet operational targets and performance development goals

Requirements:
Applicable technical education (M.Sc./B.Sc.)
Experience of leading people
Experience working as a people’s manager
Experience with process engineering, marine or manufacturing industry
Marine or similar international industry background
Min. 2-3 years of experience with team leading/managing
Experience working with an ERP system
Fluent written and spoken English
Change Management

Cross cultural understanding
Microsoft and similar applications
Financial acumen (Reporting and budget/cost management)
Experience with P&ID and process systems
