Job Responsibility:

  • Control plate work, XT1 pin checks, door preparation, cable making, fit Out (Stage 0)
  • Leading and organise daily activities in the preparation area
  • Ensure control plates, pins, doors, and cables are prepared to spec and on schedule
  • Support team members with training and development
  • Monitor quality and safety standards across all tasks
  • Communicate effectively with production management and other departments
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiative
