Job Responsibility

  • Control the utilization of our properties
  • Optimize operations and ensure compliance with measures
  • Take responsibility for the functionality of the operating equipment
  • Coordinate technical tasks and create fault reports
  • Check the cleanliness of our properties and the cleaning service provider
  • Coach and develop your team and plan staff deployment for the shifts
  • Check and create shift reports if necessary

Requirements

  • Completed technical, manual or similar training
  • Relevant practical experience and technical know-how
  • A result-oriented and independent way of working
  • The willingness to work in alternating shifts if necessary
  • Already gained experience in personnel management
  • A customer-oriented and friendly appearance
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English skills would be desirable
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
