Job Responsibility:

  • control the occupancy of our properties
  • Optimize operational processes and ensure compliance with measures
  • to assume responsibility for the functionality of the operating facilities
  • coordinate technical tasks and create fault reports
  • to monitor the cleanliness of our properties and the cleaning service provider
  • coach and develop your team and plan staff deployment for shifts
  • Check and, if necessary, create shift reports

Requirements:

  • a completed technical, craft or similar training
  • relevant practical experience and technical know-how
  • a results-oriented and independent way of working
  • the willingness to work in rotating shifts when required
  • already gained experience in personnel management
  • a customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
  • Very good German skills and good English skills would be desirable
  • comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
