We’re seeking a Team Leader – Outbound to oversee daily fulfilment operations across Orders Admin, Pick, and Pack, leading a motivated team to achieve high accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on operational excellence, loves developing and inspiring people, and knows how to turn data into action to drive performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the Outbound team to ensure daily order fulfilment targets are achieved
  • Plan, prioritise and monitor workflows to ensure volumes are cleared accurately and on time
  • Track and report on daily and weekly KPIs, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Forecast order volumes and allocate labour to meet operational demand and carrier cut-off times
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT related issues impacting outbound operations
  • Partner with Customer Experience to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues
  • Coach, develop and support team members through regular feedback, training and structured check-ins
  • Facilitate onboarding, training and clear performance targets for new starters
  • Approve and audit timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Champion WHS standards, safe work practices and PPE compliance across the team

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in outbound operations, warehouse leadership or distribution centre environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows and prioritise in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience using WMS platforms, Excel, Shopify, Google Suite and communication tools
  • Solid understanding of WHS requirements, carrier compliance and operational standards
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence diverse teams
  • A proactive, adaptable leadership style with a strong focus on continuous improvement
