Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Manage the team
Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
Analyzing customer needs and preparing tailored offers
Leading commercial negotiations
Preparing transport service quotations
Ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients
Collaborating with the tender department in preparing offers
Maintaining regular communication with the operations team
Actively participating in industry events

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in road and sea freight (FCL/LCL)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Client-focused with solid negotiation abilities
Persistence and determination in achieving goals

Nice to have:

Experience in air, rail, or intermodal transport sales will be a strong advantage
