Group Leader – Assembly Maintenance (Permanent Role). Lead a team of approximately 8–10 subordinates. Shift Pattern: 3 shifts weekly rotation, including holiday and shutdown work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of approximately 8–10 subordinates
  • Lead the troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for critical filling systems
  • Oversee the operation, repair, and precise calibration of function line equipment
  • Perform diagnostics and carry out parts replacement for motors, drives, inverters, PLC hardware, bearings, and gearboxes
  • Maintain body lifters, nut runners, bush press machines, laser punching, friction drive systems, sealer robots, and line conveyors

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 9–12 years experience
  • Age Group: 28–32 years
  • Mandatory experience in Automobile OEM industries and assembly lines
  • Knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Sealer Application Robots
  • Planning and execution of Preventive, Breakdown, and Predictive Maintenance
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Understand and manage vehicle data transfer and industrial networking protocols
  • Handle budget planning, procurement of spares, inventory management, and utilize SAP
