Job Description

The Logistic Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and logistics activities, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, distribution, and transportation of goods. This role focuses on optimizing processes, reducing costs, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely delivery to customers; but also paperwork and maintain alive ERP system.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching
  • Ensure optimal space utilization and proper stock organization
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts
  • Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for demand planning
  • Manage transportation, fleet operations, and third-party logistics providers
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Create and analyze KPIs such as delivery time, order accuracy, transport cost, inventory turnover, etc.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards
  • Conduct safety training and audits regularly
  • Manage relationships with transporters, suppliers, and service providers
  • Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, finance, sales)
  • Oversee paperwork and maintain alive ERP system

Requirements

  • Education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional degree
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management
  • Driver's license and forklift operator license
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex operations
  • English B2
  • Good level in handling Office tools, especially in Excel
  • Organization capacity
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Autonomy and responsibility

  • Fork-lift license
