Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate, driven, and experienced Team Leader to join our Supported Living Services in Ferryhill, County Durham. Our services provide high-quality supported living and outreach support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs. At the heart of everything we do is a person-centred approach - working closely with individuals to understand their goals, build on their strengths, and support them to live confident, independent, and fulfilling lives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, support, and inspire staff across multiple services
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered at all times
  • Support positive outcomes for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Oversee support plans, compliance, and internal quality audits
  • Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external professionals

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs
  • A Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • A compassionate, respectful, and emotionally intelligent approach

Nice to have:

Driving Licence- Desirable but not essential
