Job Description:

Various shifts available between Monday to Saturday, up to 38 hours per week, depending on business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise a small team of General Hands, including supported employees
Oversee the processing of linen, including cleaning, ironing, and dispatch
Ensure high-quality service delivery to commercial clients
Promote an inclusive work environment that enhances the lives of people with disabilities
Support the achievement of operational and financial goals through effective team leadership

Requirements:

Proven experience in production or processing environments, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting
Prior experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is highly desirable
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a diverse team
Ability to maintain operational efficiency while fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to relevant policies and procedures
Strong physical fitness to meet the manual handling and environmental demands
Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint)
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Current CPR Certification
Valid First Aid Certification
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWS)
Full working rights in Australia
