Job Description:

The candidate is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, stock accuracy, and team supervision. The role ensures efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, stock accuracy, and team supervision
  • Ensure accurate stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure timely and error-free operations
  • Implement and manage WMS for real-time tracking, stock optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of hazardous materials as per MSDS guidelines
  • Monitor and manage shelf-life parts to prevent expiration and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance
  • Ensure adherence to QMS standards, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement practices
  • Plan warehouse layout and storage methods to improve efficiency and safety
  • Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training for process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols
  • Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and optimization
  • Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and safe handling of hazardous materials
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, and compliance requirements
  • Expertise in shelf-life management for perishable and time-sensitive materials
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, LN, or equivalent) for inventory control
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation and material handling equipment
  • Familiarity with lean principles, 5S, and Kaizen practices
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders
