We help residents access learning and work opportunities and support employers to get the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a team of Employment Specialists delivering supported employment provision to customers of the E&S Hub
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and employers to support the delivery of the E&S Hub provision within communities across Gloucestershire

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a team including performance management and a focus on achieving outcomes

  • Ability to develop a range of close links with key partners and employers
