A trade and/or horticulture certificate or equivalent qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience
Problem solving and technical skills to address maintenance, contract and scheduling issues
A high level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling requirements of the position
Sound verbal and written communication
Sound negotiation skills, able to resolve conflict and assess when to escalate issues
