Job Responsibility:
Leading and motivating a team of retention specialists for the German-speaking market
Ensuring the team achieves their targets and provides exceptional customer service (telecommunications area)
Guiding the team in building customer loyalty relationships
Ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluent German (native or near native level/C2)
Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
At least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
