Job Responsibility

  • Support and participate in system, process, product, and customer audits
  • Provide methodological support and guidance to Quality Engineers within production teams
  • Review and ensure effectiveness of problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D), including lessons learned
  • Contribute to safe launch activities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Initiate and manage escalation processes in line with internal standards
  • Ensure alignment between FMEA, Control Plans, process audits, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or other technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality
  • Experience with internal audits (e.g., VDA 6.3)
  • Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
  • Understanding of statistical methods and data analysis
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., die casting, plastic injection)
  • Analytical mindset with good communication skills
  • Fluent English
