We are looking for an engaged and motivating Team Leader for our Picking & Packing Department in Gentofte. This is an opportunity to lead a team that ensures our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and with a high level of service every day. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the daily operation, delivering results through people. You will motivate, develop, and support your employees while ensuring efficient workflows, high quality standards, and a safe working environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure efficient and smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Have experience in people management, preferably within retail, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Have experience with warehouse and logistics processes and understand the importance of an efficient goods flow
  • Are skilled at motivating, developing, and coaching employees
  • Work in a structured manner and can establish clear frameworks and effective routines
  • Communicate confidently in both Danish and English, verbally as well as in writing
  • Hold a forklift license and have experience operating reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts, or are willing to obtain the necessary certification
