Job Description:

A dynamic contracting company specializing in public domain maintenance is seeking a motivated Team Leader for Green and Cleanliness Maintenance. This role involves coordinating and overseeing green maintenance and cleanliness tasks while leading a team to deliver efficient and high-quality results. The ideal candidate is passionate about environmental upkeep, demonstrates strong leadership abilities, and is committed to creating a well-maintained public space.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, motivate, and guide a team in green and cleanliness maintenance tasks
Plan and coordinate on-site activities effectively
Ensure the safety of the team and yourself during operations
Monitor the progress and quality of work
Execute tasks safely and efficiently
Maintain clear communication with the site manager
Actively participate in hands-on maintenance work

Requirements:

Experience in green maintenance or public cleanliness
Leadership experience is an advantage
Knowledge of plants, tools, and green management techniques
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented approach
Valid B driving license and access to transport (C license is a plus)
VCA certification is a plus
Proficiency in Dutch and/or English

Nice to have:

Leadership experience
VCA certification
C license
