ASML Motion, part of the TWINSCAN Factory, is responsible for the assembly of linear actuators of ASML DUV & EUV lithography systems including planning and logistics. A place where we strive to be the role model Lean Factory where quality comes first but where safety goes before all. TWINSCAN Factory future ambition is to grow in line with the market demand. To support this ambition, TWINSCAN Factory is streamlining the processes by adopting principles of Lean manufacturing where continuous improvement is embedded in the factory culture. For this, TWINSCAN Factory introduced FLOW Factory. Within Motion the Linear Motors (called Actuators) for all ASML System types are being built at the Flow line. The actuators are part of a continuous flow throughout the work-centers. When assembling an actuator at the Flow line, it is important to follow the work procedures and guidelines. These procedures and guidelines are called the Standard Work. Below the description of the Team Lead role.
Job Responsibility
Ensure team delivers consistent performance in line with safety, quality and productivity standards
Act swiftly with an action-oriented mindset in case of issues
Take ownership of resource management (manpower planning, attendance and administrative tasks)
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to standard work, including safety and 5S+1 practices performance and continuously optimize work processes and changes
Lead daily performance management meetings & facilitate well-being check-ins
Mentor Technicians and natural-team members and support with training needs
Be for at least 90% of the time present at the line within 'line of sight'
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent working and thinking level
Experience in a high-tech production environment
Proven experience in people management
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Experience with planning and logistics processes
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous
Broad logistical and business knowledge
Experience in change management and stakeholder collaboration
Demonstrated ability to drive change using structured problem-solving methods
