Job Responsibility

  • Further develop the accounts receivable department strategically and operationally
  • Lead, motivate and empower your five-person accounts receivable team
  • Responsible for the timely creation and verification of invoices
  • Review, analyze, and ultimately process unexplained incoming payments
  • Perform regular account reconciliations in Navision / Microsoft Business Central
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal departments as well as external partners
  • Identify and implement process optimizations in the accounts receivable area

Requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship in the financial sector or a degree in business administration
  • Strong accounting skills and initial management experience
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Navision / Microsoft Business Central (advantageous)
  • A results-oriented, independent work style, as well as initiative and a hands-on mentality
  • Leadership skills, diligence and reliability paired with flexibility and team spirit
