Job Responsibility:

  • Actively manage the recruitment pipeline for the casual pool
  • Partner with the Training Team to ensure all new casuals complete their induction and safety training before their first active shift
  • Manage performance, absenteeism and behavioral standards in line with Company policy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for casual team members
  • Lead with a positive and inclusive outlook, strengthening the culture of the team
  • Support the Return to Work (RTW) process for any casual team members
  • Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement

  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and nurturing teams to deliver results
  • Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills, prioritising and managing multiple tasks effortlessly
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Distribution Centre Operations, and warehouse management systems
