Job Responsibility:
Actively manage the recruitment pipeline for the casual pool
Partner with the Training Team to ensure all new casuals complete their induction and safety training before their first active shift
Manage performance, absenteeism and behavioral standards in line with Company policy
Serve as the primary point of contact for casual team members
Lead with a positive and inclusive outlook, strengthening the culture of the team
Support the Return to Work (RTW) process for any casual team members
Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement
Requirements:
Proven track record of leading, coaching, and nurturing teams to deliver results
Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills, prioritising and managing multiple tasks effortlessly
In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Distribution Centre Operations, and warehouse management systems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business, embracing change with open arms
Demonstrated resilience in meeting challenging targets and timeframes, and role modelling determination
