Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our Day Shift Bar Line operations. Reporting to the Line Manager, you'll take ownership of a team of machine operators—ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive performance, develop your team, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Champion a strong Health, Safety & Environment (SH&E) culture, bringing our 'Safer Place Because of Me' mindset to life
  • Deliver production plans while maintaining high quality, hygiene, and compliance standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to build capability, accountability, and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive practical solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and P&C to ensure smooth operations
  • Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing (3–5 years preferred)
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and production performance
  • Excellent coaching and people leadership capability
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience working to production targets, KPIs, and tight timeframes
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • ERP experience (e.g., Navision, 3WS)
  • Relevant trade or industry qualification
