Requirements
High School diploma or GED required
or basic skills assessment required
Associates degree preferred
2+ years of leadership experience preferred
1+ year of manufacturing or related experience required
Experience in fast paced industrial lean environment preferred
Experience with troubleshooting machines/equipment preferred
Intermediate level MS Office preferred
Basic computer knowledge required
Moderate lifting up to 35 lbs
Repetitive use of hands and wrist
Ability to operate and multi-task between 2 to 3 stations
Able to crouch, bend, kneel, lift, carry and reach as needed in large and tight spaces
Good eye/hand coordination and ability to identify color and depth variations and small details visually
Up to 15% training related travel
Requires wearing electrical personal protective equipment
This position requires a moderate to high degree of standing, walking, stooping, or kneeling, close eye work, reaching, pulling, or pushing
