  • Work with operators and maintenance technicians to assist in troubleshooting /problem solving activities

  • Maintain compliance with records retention standards related to scrap reporting, downtime tracking, and set-up sheets

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • or basic skills assessment required
  • Associates degree preferred
  • 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or related experience required
  • Experience in fast paced industrial lean environment preferred
  • Experience with troubleshooting machines/equipment preferred
  • Intermediate level MS Office preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Moderate lifting up to 35 lbs
  • Repetitive use of hands and wrist
  • Ability to operate and multi-task between 2 to 3 stations
  • Able to crouch, bend, kneel, lift, carry and reach as needed in large and tight spaces
  • Good eye/hand coordination and ability to identify color and depth variations and small details visually
  • Up to 15% training related travel
  • Requires wearing electrical personal protective equipment
  • This position requires a moderate to high degree of standing, walking, stooping, or kneeling, close eye work, reaching, pulling, or pushing
