Join a growing logistics team in a full-time, permanent Team Leader 3PL Warehousing role based in Berrinba. This opportunity suits someone experienced, organised, and committed to smooth day-to-day operations. As a Team Leader 3PL Warehousing, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities in the warehouse.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise warehouse staff, allocate resources to transport, and manage daily workloads
  • Oversee receivals, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and SOPs
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team
  • Report on productivity, inventory accuracy, and service performance
  • Act as first point of escalation for 3PL operational issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in 3PL warehouse operations
