Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or complex needs A Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards it) The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team A kind, respectful, and emotionally intelligent approach The Team Leader Role: As a Team Leader, you'll work closely with senior management to assess support needs, implement person-centred plans, and inspire new ideas to continually improve the quality of care and support we provide.
