Team Leader - Learning Disabilities Supported Living Services Shildon, County Durham, DL4 £13.65 per hour (£28,392 per annum) 40 hours per week - Days Only £500 Joining Bonus Are you an experienced Team Leader or an ambitious Senior Support Worker ready to step up into a Team Leader role within Learning Disabilities services in Shildon? We are working with a well-established provider of supported living and outreach services in Shildon, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs. About You You may already be a Team Leader, or a confident Senior Support Worker in Learning Disabilities looking to progress into a Team Leader role in Shildon. You will bring: Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs A Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team within a Learning Disabilities setting A compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and person-centred approach A genuine passion for progressing your career as a Team Leader in Shildon The Team Leader Role As a Team Leader in this Shildon-based Learning Disabilities service, you will work closely with senior management to deliver outstanding care and drive service quality.
