We are currently seeking an experienced individual with a background in retail sales and proven leadership skills to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader. As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate your team of Foreign Currency Sales Consultants, grow key KPIs, and maintain the compliance and safety of your store. It will be your responsibility to work closely with the Regional Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets. This is a full time Team Leader role for Monday-Friday in our Eaton store. Your training period will require travel to Mandurah and Perth. More than just currency exchange... As a Foreign Currency Sales Consultant, you'll be an expert in our key products: foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers. At Travel Money Oz, we consider ourselves more traveller than banker. As one of the last stops for avid travellers on their journey overseas, you’ll be giving our customers more bang for their buck with your own tips, tricks, and recommendations for their trips too. Your exceptional customer service skills will be imperative for this sales focussed role - the more you care for your customers, the more successful you will be.
