Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a team of up to 10 CSAs
Ensure world-class customer service and oversee section operations
Maintain equipment and report any issue
Manage stock rotation, wastage, and monthly stock takes
Support CSA’s with customer and operational concerns
Maintain security vigilance and adhere to See, Care, Share guidelines
Ensure awareness of promotions, events, and bespoke requests
Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
Conduct daily briefings and training where needed
Adhere to Compass/Levy policies and procedures
Requirements:
Experience in a similar leadership role
Strong under-pressure performance with a professional and approachable manner
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to create and maintain clear operational processes
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Nice to have:
Knowledge of COSHH and EPOS/procurement systems (desirable)
