As Team Leader, Operations, you will lead the day‑to‑day running of the Clarendon Recovery College, ensuring the smooth delivery of a high‑quality programme of educational courses designed to support adults with their mental health recovery. You will oversee course delivery from end to end — ensuring sessions are well‑resourced, delivered on time and provide a positive learning experience for all students. Alongside operational management, you will take responsibility for staff supervision, curriculum planning and maintaining high standards across the service, including facilities and the on‑site café. This is a varied, hands‑on leadership role where you will make a tangible impact on service delivery and the lives of residents.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Experience managing services, projects or teams, ideally within a health, education or community setting
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to motivate staff, build relationships and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
understanding of mental health recovery, co-production and working with people with lived experience
ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high service standards
passionate about supporting others, improving services and making a positive difference in the community
