Job Description:

At IBC Healthcare, our Team Leaders play a critical role in shaping safe, stable and meaningful Supported Living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours. This is a leadership role focused on people, quality and outcomes. As a Team Leader within our Supported Living services, you will provide leadership across a cluster of adult supported living services, ensuring high-quality, safe and personalised care packages that promote choice, independence and long-term stability. You will lead and develop support teams, working closely with managers, professionals and families to create forever homes where people feel safe, respected and empowered to live life on their own terms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, motivate and support teams delivering bespoke, person-centred care
  • Oversee a cluster of supported living services for adults with complex needs
  • Ensure care packages are safe, responsive and outcomes-focused
  • Promote choice, independence, dignity and inclusion in everyday practice
  • Champion Positive Behaviour Support and least restrictive approaches
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with the people we support and their networks
  • Manage rotas, supervisions and staff performance
  • Ensure services meet CQC standards and IBC Healthcare quality expectations
  • Support individuals to access their communities, build skills and achieve personal goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or Field Supervisor
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours
  • Commitment to person-centred care, choice and independence
  • Confident managing rotas, compliance and service quality
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for this field-based role)
