Job Description:

We’re looking for an exceptional Team Leader to guide and inspire a talented group of Annotators. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with proven expertise in team management and project coordination. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, fostering collaboration, and building a high-performing team culture.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and supervise the team for annotation project
Coach team members and enhance their performance
Manage staff turnover effectively
Monitor and report on team performance and KPIs
Proficiency settlement processing and other administrative tasks
Interface with management
High sensitivity to reporting and planning for unexpected situations
Learn requirements and skills for specific task
Practice to improve annotation skills
Complete the assigned workload every day.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of work experience
1+ year in a leadership role (e.g., Team Lead or Supervisor, SME's)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Human Intelligence Tasks (HITs) is a plus
College graduate required
Proficient in basic computer and digital tools
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
Must be willing to work on-site in our office located at Imus City or Bacoor City, Cavite.
