The Team Lead mentors and supports team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration, while also reviewing and approving architectural deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. In addition, the Team Lead leverages software and tools to evaluate and refine designs, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to high-level technical reports and project documentation.
