We are partnering with a growing independent renewable energy developer in Germany that specializes in the planning and development of onshore wind and other sustainable energy projects. With a strong pipeline and an experienced, multidisciplinary team, the company is playing an active role in advancing the energy transition and continues to expand its presence across several regions.
Job Responsibility:
Support the advancement of renewable energy projects by managing a range of project-related responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate permit applications, liaise with authorities to review constraints, and handle additional requirements throughout project execution
Maintain regular communication with local stakeholders, authorities, landowners, and other key project participants
Proactively identify potential project risks at an early stage and implement appropriate mitigation measures
Develop presentations for internal and external meetings and manage research and maintenance of landowner and project data
Requirements:
Completed degree in geography, spatial and environmental planning, or a comparable field
ideally complemented by initial professional experience in project-based roles
Solid understanding of the wind energy sector, including familiarity with regional planning processes, land use plans, and development plans
Proficient in standard MS Office applications and experienced in working with geographic information systems (GIS)
Strong knowledge of planning law and technical project feasibility assessments
Ability to work independently with resilience, while also contributing effectively within a team environment
Analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach to work and a high level of motivation and commitment
