As Team Lead Supply Chain Management, you will shape the foundational structures and culture of our global supply chain in a fast‑growing environment. Leading a team of nine colleagues across procurement and logistics, you will coordinate and continuously improve our value chain by implementing frameworks, guidelines, and principles that support operational excellence. You and your team will manage day‑to‑day operations, working closely with external partners across multiple tier levels — from electronics manufacturing to box‑building at our contract manufacturers. In this role, you ensure that we uphold the highest standards as we scale internationally and elevate our supply chain and delivery performance. As a strong leader, you foster a culture of continuous improvement, set objectives and key results, and represent Instagrid externally on procurement and logistics topics with suppliers, customers, and brand partners.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop our procurement teams and logistics team within a global matrix organization
Oversee and facilitate end‑to‑end supply chain operations with international interfaces
Navigate increasing export control complexity in a global context
Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs to control and optimize global value chains
Derive business and delivery forecasts as part of demand planning for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners
Drive international cost‑down initiatives and optimize the use of sub‑regional supply chain resources by evaluating costs, profitability, and working capital requirements
Requirements:
A completed degree in economics, business administration, materials & logistics management, or a comparable field
10+ years of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or production management in a hardware‑related industry
Experience with export control mechanisms and international trade tariffs
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels and departments
Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills, paired with a results‑oriented mindset and exceptional leadership capabilities
Fluency in both German and English
