Team Lead Supervision (M/F/D)

• Direct Team lead for all GLF Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors in the Polish organization
• Coordinate and manage supervisors to secure and support operations across multiple project locations
• Provided comprehensive support to supervisors executing internal processes and addressing company-related operational needs
• Ensure the planning and execution of training activities are carried out securely and efficiently, in compliance with internal safety protocols and operational standards
• Review Lead SV weekly reports
• Report and evaluate supervisor’s performance, ensuring alignment with supervision key performance indicators and supervision mission and vision
• Support the development and enhancement of new initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and innovation within company Supervision department

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operative project execution and construction for complex and international wind turbine projects
• Professional technical education in the electronical and/or mechanical sector
• Completed vocational training or university degree in Electronics /Mechatronics or similar field
• Knowledge in the field of electrical- mechanical installation and finishing, supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting and service in the wind industry
• Open-minded and ability to work within different countries and cultures
• Good communication skills in English language in word and writing.

Good communication skills in German, Spanish and Portuguese language in word and writing is from advantage
