Job Responsibility:
Drive technical planning discussions around how to implement solutions in accordance to best practices and how we work at Inlogik
Coach, mentor, and upskill team members to support their growth and bring the team along on key technical and delivery initiatives
Put forward ideas about how we improve our codebase, systems and way of working
Provide mentorship and guidance to aid the development of the team
Participating in solution design, development and testing activities
Building the solution and presenting to stakeholders
Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
Collaborating with team members ensuring delivery is met
Upskilling, Continuous Learning – for career and personal development
Participation with networking, dev days, hackathons, etc.
Requirements:
Senior Engineer with advanced programming skill with C#, .NET Core (or more recent versions)
Expert understanding of advanced patterns and practices
Prior experience leading a small team
Knowledge or prior experience with Security Processes / Applications (OWASP?)
Ability to engage with various team members, demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem-solving skills
Positive, proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision
Able to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively
The desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning
Thinking outside the box with a birds eye view approach
