Job Responsibility

  • Drive technical planning discussions around how to implement solutions in accordance to best practices and how we work at Inlogik
  • Coach, mentor, and upskill team members to support their growth and bring the team along on key technical and delivery initiatives
  • Put forward ideas about how we improve our codebase, systems and way of working
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to aid the development of the team
  • Participating in solution design, development and testing activities
  • Building the solution and presenting to stakeholders
  • Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
  • Collaborating with team members ensuring delivery is met
  • Upskilling, Continuous Learning – for career and personal development
  • Participation with networking, dev days, hackathons, etc.

Requirements

  • Senior Engineer with advanced programming skill with C#, .NET Core (or more recent versions)
  • Expert understanding of advanced patterns and practices
  • Prior experience leading a small team
  • Knowledge or prior experience with Security Processes / Applications (OWASP?)
  • Ability to engage with various team members, demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Able to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively
  • The desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning
  • Thinking outside the box with a birds eye view approach
