Balance prospecting/retargeting and identify scalable growth opportunities with feed & category owners
Combine hands-on execution (~50% at the start) with long-term strategic leadership
Run a structured brief → build → QA → launch workflow with Design and deliver AI-enabled creative production
Drive data-led decision making using Tableau, and support app-marketing, AppsFlyer integration and incrementality testing
AI & automation (LLMs for briefs, creative iteration, QA
platform automations for alerts/bulk changes)
Collaborate closely with Revenue, BI, Product, Design and communicate clearly through concise updates and post-mortems
