Team Lead, Small and Medium Business Group

We deliver world-class, data-driven business solutions to advertisers by providing the highest level of service accompanied by strategic guidance. As a Team Lead you’ll guide and empower a high-performing sales team within the Mid-Market Business Group to deliver outstanding execution and drive adoption of Meta’s AI-powered solutions across APAC. You will foster an collaborative, client-centric, and innovative work environment, consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets through operational mastery and personalized, scalable solutions for clients across multiple industries. Leveraging Meta’s advanced platforms and data-driven technologies, you’ll use actionable insights and advanced analysis to lead day-to-day team operations, develop and support team members, and champion adaptability and resilience through cross-functional collaboration and change. You will stay ahead of vertical and product trends, using creative thinking and cross-functional expertise to develop scalable solutions. As a self-starter thriving in ambiguity, you will identify well informed sales strategies and drive clarity, focus, and accountability. Supporting Account Managers, you will build relationships with key partners both internally and externally. Clear communication of business goals and informed decision-making will drive impactful outcomes.
