Job Responsibility:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by leading a sales-driven team of Scaled Sales Associates dedicated to growing accounts within the SMB segment through different channels (chat, phone, zoom & email)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets
  • Coach, motivate, and inspire team members, providing ongoing development to enhance their sales skills and performance
  • Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product to align efforts and maximize customer satisfaction, growth, and retention

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience leading a SaaS sales team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Experience managing a high volume of leads and opportunities of various sources and sizes through different channels (chat, phone, zoom & email)
  • You have a do-it-right mentality with a customer-centric mindset
