As a Team Lead you’ll guide and empower an industry-leading sales team within the Mid-Market Business Group to deliver outstanding execution and drive adoption of Meta’s AI-powered solutions. You will foster a client-centric, and innovative environment, consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets through operational efficiency and personalized, scalable solutions for clients across multiple industries. Leveraging Meta’s advanced platforms and data-driven technologies, you’ll use actionable insights and advanced analysis to lead day-to-day team operations, develop and support team members, and champion adaptability and resilience through cross-functional collaboration and change. You will stay ahead of vertical and product trends, using creative thinking and cross-functional expertise to develop scalable solutions. You will identify well informed sales strategies and drive clarity, focus, and accountability. Supporting Account Managers, you will build relationships with key partners both internally and externally. Clear communication of business goals and informed decision-making will drive impactful outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, develop, and coach a sales team, fostering an employee centric approach aligned with Meta’s values. Set clear objectives, measurable milestones, and provide regular feedback to drive execution via accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement for individual and team growth
  • Sales Performance: Achieves ambitious sales targets and leads the team to exceed quotas. Own pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression using Meta’s AI tools, and co-sell with team members and close key opportunities
  • Product Adoption: Drive client adoption of Meta’s AI solutions to deliver measurable business results, and use AI to automate insights, personalize outreach, and optimize sales processes for greater impact
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement best-in-class sales operations and process optimization, and provide regular performance reports and foster accountability. Drive effective pipeline management by ensuring acceleration of key revenue opportunities and successful deal execution using Meta’s advanced sales strategies and AI tools
  • Deliver Client-Centric Solutions: Champion consultative, personalized sales experiences at scale. Adapt strategies for a variety of client needs across industries
  • Communication & Influence: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business growth and build trust with C-level stakeholders using a consultative approach. Lead through change, guiding the team through this, fostering adaptability and innovation

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in tech/sales, with a proven track record of hands-on selling
  • 3+ years leading, coaching, or mentoring high performing sales teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology or similar field
  • Proven sales execution skills: experience driving urgency, discipline, and results in a high-volume environment
  • Advanced data literacy: experience working with multiple dashboards, data analysis, and using insights to guide team direction and drive efficiency
  • Customer-centric focus with experience delivering value and building lasting relationships across a variety of industries
  • Proven technical skills (Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite)
  • Experience adapting to changing priorities, processes, and technologies. Proactively leads teams through periods of change by communicating clearly, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring continued alignment with business objectives
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with a range of stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams, external partners, agencies, and clients, to drive shared business objectives and foster effective working relationships
  • Industry knowledge and experience across full funnel marketing campaigns
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for sales personalization and process optimization

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field, or certifications in account management, project management
  • Understanding and experience of Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions
  • Familiarity with Meta’s platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems
