The Team Lead Sales BeLu will be the key driver of commercial execution across our Women’s Health and Bone Health portfolio. You will lead and coach a motivated team of sales representatives, ensuring flawless field implementation of brand strategies in both Gynaecology and Osteoporosis, while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access, you will ensure strong cross-functional alignment and act as a sparring partner to the Country Director in shaping commercial priorities and territory strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team to achieve excellence in execution
Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and transparent communication aligned with Theramex’s values
Translate marketing and strategic plans into clear operational sales actions and measurable objectives
Drive in-field excellence, ensuring optimal targeting, coverage, and cadence across both GYN and Bone Health portfolios
Monitor and analyse performance data (IQVIA, CRM/OCE, KPIs) to identify opportunities and corrective actions
Collaborate with the Country Director on territory structure, resource allocation, and incentive plans
Partner with Marketing and Medical teams for consistent messaging and impactful scientific dialogue
Oversee T&E, budgeting, and activity planning for the field team
Ensure compliance with Theramex policies and local ethical business conduct
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or field coaching role
Proven track record in specialty areas, ideally Gynaecology, Endocrinology, or Bone Health
Hands-on and pragmatic leader who thrives on teamwork, clarity, and mutual respect
Empathic, yet results-driven and able to challenge constructively and inspire others to grow
Strong understanding of the Belgian healthcare environment and reimbursement landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and organisational skills, able to translate data, market insights, and field feedback into actionable strategies
Willingness to travel across Belgium and Luxembourg
