Adyen is looking for an experienced and strategic marketing leader with a strong track record in B2B marketing to lead Revenue Marketing in France. This role reports to the Head of Marketing France, Spain and Portugal and manages a team of four marketing professionals across events, demand generation, and digital marketing. As Team Lead Revenue Marketing France, you will be responsible for driving Adyen's regional revenue marketing strategy to support commercial growth and pipeline generation in the French market. You will work closely with marketing leadership and the local commercial teams to develop impactful programs that attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects. The ideal candidate combines a strong commercial mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment. You are comfortable balancing strategy and execution, and you thrive when building high-performing teams and scaling best practices across markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Revenue Marketing function in France, driving a data-driven approach to pipeline generation and marketing performance.
  • Manage and coach a team of 4 marketing professionals (covering events, demand generation and digital channels).
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager France and French commercial leadership to align marketing programs with revenue priorities and pipeline targets.
  • Build strong collaboration with teams and GTM teams (SDR, Sales, partnership and Account Management to support strategic accounts and high-value opportunities).
  • Plan, execute and optimize integrated marketing programs across channels (events, digital campaigns, partnerships,...) to generate, accelerate and capture demand.
  • Drive marketing performance through clear KPIs, ensuring strong ROI and measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing France, Spain and Portugal to translate global & regional strategy into impactful local execution.
  • Ensure alignment with global marketing best practices while adapting strategies to the specific dynamics of the French market.
  • Work closely with regional and global marketing teams to share insights, surface challenges, and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, fintech or payments
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Strong experience across demand generation, events, and digital marketing programs
  • Proven ability to translate commercial priorities into impactful marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance measurement, ROI and continuous optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating closely with commercial teams
  • Fluent spoken and written English and French
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed
