You will lead a team of mobile engineers while staying close to the code: shaping architecture, improving quality and performance, and collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver great user value.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and grow the React Native team: set clear expectations, support individual development, mentor through code reviews/pairing, and provide actionable feedback
  • Own mobile domains end-to-end (features + technical areas): architecture and solution design, development, QA, shipping, monitoring, and long-term maintenance
  • Design, build, and maintain iOS/Android features in our React Native app, ensuring correctness, scalability, and a great user experience
  • Drive technical direction and architecture: lead discussions and make decisions that ensure long-term maintainability, performance, and reliability
  • Continuously improve app quality: speed, stability, UX, and engineering best practices through performance tuning and pragmatic, high-leverage improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally and support team scaling: collaborate with Product/Design/Backend to deliver business value, and contribute to hiring and onboarding strong mobile engineers

Requirements

  • React Native expertise: 4+ years with JavaScript/TypeScript and 3+ years building and shipping production React Native apps for iOS & Android
  • Leadership & delivery ownership: 2+ years leading engineers (tech and/or people), accountable for team performance and delivery outcomes
  • Mobile best practices: strong fundamentals in navigation, animations, performance optimization, stability, and runtime debugging
  • State/data management: hands-on with state management (Redux/Zustand) and server state/data fetching (React Query / Apollo GraphQL)
  • Production & releases: experienced with builds, rollout strategies, monitoring, hotfixes, and incident handling
  • Architecture + communication + mindset: able to own/evolve mobile architecture with pragmatic trade-offs
  • strong English communication
  • proactive, can-do, and coaching/mentoring oriented

What we offer

  • A fully remote position with flexible working hours
  • Modern tech stack and well-established development standards
  • Clear and regular feedback cycles
  • An open-minded, experienced team that values clean code, collaboration, and product quality
