Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute project delivery strategies aligned with JLL's business objectives and client expectations
  • Lead cross-functional teams of 8-15 project professionals across multiple concurrent projects
  • Mentor and coach project coordinators to build technical competencies and leadership capabilities
  • Serve as point of contact for key client relationships and escalations
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timeline commitments, and budget parameters
  • Implement risk management frameworks and lead resolution of critical project challenges
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on project lessons learned and client feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field
  • Advanced English Level
  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in team leadership roles
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects in professional services or real estate industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerBI, and project collaboration platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail for data accuracy and document consistency

Nice to have

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
  • Additional certifications in Agile/Scrum methodologies or change management
  • Specific experience in commercial real estate, workplace transformation, or facilities management projects
  • Knowledge of LEED, BOMA, or similar industry standards
  • International project experience or ability to manage virtual teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience with cross-cultural communication across different regions
