Job Description

Our Pricing and Planning team is central to the operational management of the About You Outlet. Together with your team, you ensure optimal pricing for the clearance of our assortments according to KPI targets. You are responsible for the outlet’s daily deals, always balancing customer needs with performance goals for our assortments. As the Team Lead Pricing & Planning (m/f/d) for About You Outlet, you work analytically and strategically, keeping track of all relevant KPIs for pricing and assortment management. This area is constantly evolving, giving you the chance to bring in your creativity and innovative ideas to move the team forward. You also have both functional and disciplinary responsibility for your team. This position is limited for 14 month.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the Pricing, Deal Planning, and Merchandise Management team
  • Design and implement new pricing processes
  • Make decisions on price management
  • Analyze assortment performance and define optimization measures
  • Design and implement innovative deal structures that match customer needs and the assortment
  • Plan and forecast performance in coordination with Buying and Marketing teams
  • Take on cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in pricing models and merchandise management, preferably in fashion, eCommerce, or consulting projects
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and good general IT skills
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Strong English skills
  • Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Creativity in developing new solutions

Nice to have

First leadership experience and experience in off-price or outlet segments is a plus
