We are looking for a Team Lead Performance Marketing (f/m/x) to join our B2C brand Autohero. In this role, you will take full ownership of our digital performance marketing activities, including paid search, display, and social channels. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape our most critical customer acquisition strategies and drive the profitable growth of Autohero across Europe. You will leverage your deep operational expertise and business acumen to develop and execute scalable strategies that deliver measurable results and efficiently grow our customer base.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies—including paid search (Google, Bing, shopping, app stores, AI search), display, and paid social—tailored to the unique needs of the used car sales industry
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, establishing scalable processes and structures to enable seamless campaign execution, continual optimization, and effective knowledge sharing
  • Identify, analyze, and strategically integrate relevant keywords and target audiences for search, display, and social campaigns to drive leads and sales
  • Leverage robust feedback loops and data-driven insights across channels to refine targeting, optimize lead quality, and constantly improve cost-efficiency
  • Conduct advanced cross-channel performance analysis to identify growth opportunities, maximize ROI, and clearly link campaign actions to outcomes
  • Partnering with Tech and Data teams to improve automation, measurement, experimentation and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with copywriting and product teams to create compelling ad copy, creative assets, and app store content, while continually testing and adopting innovative advertising features and AI-driven opportunities

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across digital channels such as search engines, app stores, display, and social platforms
  • Strong knowledge of emerging trends including AI-powered advertising
  • Proven ability to design data-driven strategies, leveraging advanced audience segmentation, keyword and interest research, and robust feedback loops
  • Demonstrated strengths in analytics—translating complex campaign data from multiple channels into actionable insights
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams
  • Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders & decision markets across the business
  • A track record of utilising AI-driven tools and solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills and creativity, with the ability to manage multiple projects, develop impactful campaigns, and collaborate on compelling ad copy and creative assets
  • Fluent in English
