Leading, motivating and developing the German-speaking People Service Operations team while providing both functional and disciplinary leadership
Ensuring operational excellence and the high-quality delivery of all assigned People Service activities
Driving continuous process improvements to increase efficiency across People Services and related stakeholder interfaces
Maintaining high service quality by fostering effective collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the wider organization
Leading national and international HR transition projects, ensuring smooth implementation and successful delivery
Acting as the main point of contact for local and international senior stakeholders, providing guidance on service delivery and supporting general HR operational matters
Requirements
5–10 years of professional experience in People Services or HR Operations
3–5 years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Fluent English and German language skills
Hands-on experience with SAP and other HR systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong customer focus with a service-oriented mindset
A proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
