Job Description

As Team Lead, Payroll Operations, you’ll take on a player-coach role, managing a team of Payroll Specialists while actively supporting payroll execution across multiple customers and entities. You will drive process improvements, maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships, and serve as a subject matter expert for Belgian payroll compliance and accuracy.

Job Responsibility

  • Process payroll for assigned customers and provide guidance to team members as a subject matter expert
  • Lead a team of Payroll Specialists to ensure timely and compliant payroll delivery
  • Implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls
  • Analyze payroll data to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements
  • Deliver training and communication to internal teams to ensure understanding of payroll processes
  • Manage relationships with payroll vendors and tax authorities to ensure timely filings and payments

  • 5+ years of experience processing payroll for multiple entities
