Job Description:

Ready to lead the charge in a dynamic production environment? Our client in Huntingdon, QC is on the lookout for a motivated Team Lead Packager to oversee their production line. If you're passionate about quality, efficiency, and creating a positive team environment, this permanent opportunity is perfect for you!

Job Responsibility:

assigning tasks
monitoring drying conditions
packaging finished products
managing labels
ensuring safety and quality standards are met
addressing production issues
completing documentation
performing additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

fluent in English or French (bilingualism is a plus)
reliable transportation to Huntingdon
open to overtime
experience in packaging/quality assurance in a manufacturing environment (the Cannabis industry, is an asset)
leadership experience
manual dexterity
organizational skills
adaptability
willingness to learn
ability to work well in a team
basic computer skills
attention to detail

Nice to have:

experience in the Cannabis industry
bilingualism
